This house is essentially our dream home! We have a large family and had quickly outgrown our starter home and this neighborhood and home were so far out of anything we ever thought we could have. I was half seriously looking at homes in the area for sale and this one came up. It was way out of our price range at the time but I couldn’t help but dream. Turns out it was a foreclosure and didn’t sell; fast-forward six months and the price had dropped so much that it was in our price range! After a hellish three-month closing we’ve lived here happily ever since.
